Founded in 1983, Luttrell Concrete Construction, Inc. was built on one principle: do the work right, every single time. What started as a local concrete contractor in Northwest Arkansas has grown into a multi-state licensed general contractor with a proven track record spanning commercial, heavy, electrical, municipal, and utility construction.
